or your appointment, please refer to the FAQs page.

Cancelling / Rescheduling

When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time and make that slot exclusively yours.

Cancellations must be made 2 days prior to the appointment time, in order to be refunded your full deposit.

Missing an appointment, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment without a 2 day notice, will result in loss of your deposit for the inconvenience.

You have a grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment to let us know if you will be running late, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.

Arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment will allow ample time to check in with the receptionist, meet your stylist, and ask any questions you may have.

To ensure a swift and smooth process, we have 3 assistants on staff, assisting our stylists in preparing your hair. This includes but is not limited to shampooing, blow drying, straighten, curling, and braiding.

No guest will be serviced with a child in their lap.

We offer services to children, but encourage you to bring them once they are cooperative; crying and wiggling can interfere with their services.

The waiting area is designed for guest that are waiting to receive services only, please limit extra company and dependent children.

This is a salon atmosphere.

It can be LOUD

- excessively loud at times

- multiple conversation at once

- music is played

- salon tools and equipment generate noise while being used

- we use professional chemicals,

- SHARP tools: scissors, razors, blades, pointy combs

- HOT tools: curling rods, flat irons at temperatures above 250 degrees.

Not exactly the ideal atmosphere for children.

Bring your children at your own risk. DO NOT leave them unattended unless being styled.

We will not be held responsible for the safety of your children.

We accept Cash, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express)

Tipping is up to the discretion of each client.

The industry average is 15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers.

We prefer tipping in cash, but for your convenience you can leave a gratuity on your credit card if so desired.

Our team greatly appreciates your generosity.

Refunds and discounts are given only with the approval of the salon owner.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept product returns that have been more than half used, otherwise we will be glad to issue you a store credit.

There are no refunds on used extensions unless there is a shedding or quality issue.

In order to be considered for refund or store credit, extensions must not be colored, chemically or physically manipulated in any way.
